The Digital Content Creator will work across the full range of creative digital content projects, working on multiple campaigns which support the organizational goal.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Create highly engaging, dynamic media for multiple channel outputs, including digital and social media.
Develop, produce, execute and edit video and digital content to keep up with a fast-paced production schedule.
Projects will include cinematography, motion graphics, branding, static photography, editing, sound design, color grading, interviewing, directing, static product imagery, installation videos and images, set design, storyboarding, Facebook/Instagram-live broadcasts, studio work, videos, event/on-location work, publications and design.
Work alongside the various departments and clients to come up with inspiring, innovative ideas, in line with current trends, ensuring that the company’s brand is developed and consistently applied across a range of digital channels.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop clear briefs for projects, relating to the required design, imagery and production requirements and execute from concept to completion.
Understand how to create content for targeted audiences and evaluate the performance of your output.
Prioritize tasks and deliver projects on time producing innovative, high-quality aesthetic works, ensuring it is delivered within budget and in-line with internal client expectations.
Execute new concepts and developing innovative as well as bold creative ideas in line with current and upcoming trends.
Proactively collaborate across internal teams to deliver high quality creative content according to the brief.
Assist with updating and managing company programs of images, resources and digital/film assets.

Experience of digital storytelling and ability to write, produce, self-shoot and edit quality content.
Proficiency in image making and video production equipment including cameras, stabilizers and drones.
Strong editing skills and ability to demonstrate good editorial judgement.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
BA/BS degree in Marketing, Photography, Cinematography or relevant field Preferred and at least 3-5 years of Digital Marketing experience.
