Responsible for Account Management and Sales of Continental product lines.
Main interface between customer and Continental to ensure that customer needs are met and company standards are maintained.
Estimates and analyzes records of present and past operations, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred. Identifies and contacts potential new key customers.
Keeps in close contact with clients, answers their questions, and deals with complaints.
Predicts future market trends and develops new sales ideas.
Interprets accounts and records to management. Organizes and participates on trade shows, customer events and conferences.
Maintains and growths sales within the defined strategy for the Import Channel Benchmarks competition and understands competitive landscape by continuous research on market needs.
Visits branches of customers and indirect customers as additional sales support.
Supports forecast sales, quantity and margin.
Supports strategy, pricing and sales and marketing activities in the Import Channel.
Supports new product development funnel for the Import Channel.
Approximately 50% travel within US and Canada.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field. 5+ years experience in sales in the automotive aftermarket in North America 5+ years experience in sales in the Import Channel in North America Knowledge of the Import Channel, the key players and their specific needs. Good relationship to key players of the import channel. Knowledge of import car park (makes and models) Willingness and ability to travel approximately 50% with overnight stays within US and Canada
