DAILY TASKS
Oversee design engineering team, manage projects to timeline and budget
Lead work and engineering systems and processes
Participate and/or lead design reviews with the team, customers and suppliers
New engine component 3D designs using SolidWorks
Improve existing component designs
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Project Management
Detail oriented with excellent leadership and communication skills
SolidWorks or similar 3D Cad systems.
Knowledge of GD&T
Use of gages such as calipers and micrometers
PREFFERED EXPERIENCE
Previous management experience required
Good teamwork skills and ability to work independently
10+ years job experience in lieu of degree

A manufacturing environment may require heavy lifting and manual labor

1st shift (standard work week, automatic overtime built into each Friday)
Monday – Thursday 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Friday 7:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
