Job Description
This student will contribute to supply chain excellence and sustainability through:
- supporting KPI reporting, analysis, and tracking
- assisting in supply planning activities such as expectation handling and material availability topics
- analyzing and investigating deviations in various metrics
- evaluating methods to improve supply chain process efficiency and sustainability
- preparing presentations to management
- preparing ad hoc reports as needed
A successful candidate will learn supply chain planning skills in a large multinational corporation. The candidate will also be challenged to think outside the box in a solutions-oriented manner and be encouraged to bring new ideas and own opinions to the table, all while sharpening their Excel and analytical skills.
Qualifications
- Current undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Logistics, or a related Business field
- Minimum of 3.0 cumulative GPA (Unofficial transcript required at time of application to verify cumulative GPA)
- Strong skills in Excel (vlookups and pivot tables) and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to perform tasks autonomously and complete work in a timely manner
- PowerBI knowledge a plus
- SAP and BI knowledge a plus
- Must be able to work 35-40 hours per week (Monday - Friday)
- Must be available to work 6 months - starting in July 2022
