Atturo Tire is growing our sales team with a new position to manage the Great Plains area. This opportunity to sell one of the fastest growing brands in the market is open to experienced tire sales professionals. You must bring a desire to be a part of building the most exciting private brand to enter the market in the last ten years. The Territory Sales Representative is responsible for traveling within the Great Plains territory visiting customers, dealers and attending trade shows. Primary responsibilities include ownership of customer relationships through strong communication and support skills within offering products. The Territory Sales Representative needs to be a self-motivating, energetic professional that enjoys travel.
Requirements:
- Achieve targeted goals for assigned sales channels and monthly visit quotas.
- Ability to make an immediate impact.
- Travel regularly via car and airplane to visit established and potential customers, trade shows, and assigned events (some weekends required). 50%-75% travel required.
- To consistently increase sales and profitability by adding and developing new accounts and increase sales with existing accounts through proper account management.
- Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships to grow sales.
- Identify and familiarize any and all key passenger/light truck(P/LT) tire dealers in the respective markets while keeping management updated routinely.
- Maintain/and present customer programs, policies, and promotional activities.
- Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities.
- Answering potential customers’ questions and sending additional information to educate the customer about Atturo.
- Assist customers to increase Atturo sales through product training and dealer visits.
- Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.
- Staying up to date with current market news and trends.
- Closing sales and achieving targets.
- Collaborating with logistics, customer service, marketing, warehouse, accounting, and sales to ensure process procedures are being utilized and achieve an effective level of customer service.
- Insure displays and other marketing aids are clean, up-to-date, operational, and featured.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- This position has a base salary plus commission.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in selling passenger and light truck tires.
- Experience with direct container sales programs a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or, 3+ years of related professional experience in Sales.
- Must be strongly proficient in Microsoft Office and must have intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel.
