Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Follows the flow of orders and ensures that each department’s workflow is consistent with the production schedule Prepares, maintains, and submits periodic reports concerning the status of jobs, shortages and behind-schedule conditions Prepares daily documentation and reports on progress of work and production issues Receive, acknowledge, process, and organize orders. Serve as a Point of Contact manufacturing department/managers; responding to their inquiries, order changes, provide status of orders. Perform purchase order creation. Follow up and expedite orders.
