Position Description:
The West Coast Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing customer relationships and sales growth in the Western U.S. region. This role requires frequent travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and support the sales team in achieving their targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage, coach, and direct a team of contract sales representatives
Develop and execute sales strategies that meet/exceed sales goals
Identify new business opportunities
Maintain and build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with market trends and customer needs
Analyze sales data and market trends to provide insight and recommendations for continuous improvement – Utilize excel and existing ERP systems for reporting and sales planning
Prepare and present sales and training presentations
Travel as needed to meet with customers and support sales team (Approx. 50% Travel)
Qualifications:
5+ years of sales experience with proven track record of meeting sales goals
Strong leadership and team management skills; Managerial role experience preferred
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and sales management software/tools
