We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced person ideally within the automotive industry to join our dynamic team. In this role, the person will be responsible for delivering engaging trainings to our distributors/employees across various departments and for mechanics. This person will play a crucial role in enhancing skills, knowledge, performance and brand awareness contributing to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective training sessions
• Training of sales staff, mechanics and distributors
• Increase engagement with workshops (visits, promotions, events)
• Participation at shows and customer events
• Market research activities, field visits (shops/branches)
• Complete detailed visit and show reports
• Reports to the Regional Sales Manager Americas

Requirements:

• Hands-on technical experience within the automotive industry
• Steering and Suspension Knowledge is a plus
• Excellent communication, presentation and social skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Passion for adult learning principles and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Flexible working hours – some weekends or evening work at customer events
• Drivers License C
• Spanish language is a plus
